CBEX invites you, as a partner of the event, to attend, speak or deliver exposition information on the 4th International Nuclear Conference with Exposition’2025 “SMR and advanced world nuclear technology for industrial applications”, 20-21 February 2025, Sofia, Hotel Balkan Palace, Conference Halls “Serdica” and “Sredez”,

The event aims to bring together industrial and power generation companies, energy policy makers, state authorities, regulators and experts involved in all areas of the nuclear power projects development to address latest world achievement on SMR technology and its market opportunities, update on new build, provider of consulting services & licensing progress in the world, share good practices for ongoing and planned SMR industrial projects, together with innovative technology demonstration platform to accelerate business cooperation for the world market.

The venue consists of two forums: Conference and Exposition

Conference (February 20 – 21, 2025)

Conference Hall “Serdica”
The first draft agenda of the Conference is announced on the website www.bulenergyforum.org.
The Organizing Committee is willing to have your proposals for presentation, together with confirmation of your participation.

Professional simultaneous interpretation will be available
There are participation and presentation fee, as follows:
-Participation fee for single person – 480 EUR/person;
-Corporate participation fee for group of 3+ persons – 360 EUR/person; -For corporate presentation (advertisement) of technology – 2400 EUR;
-No fee for invited guest-speakers, representatives of diplomatic bodies, state administration and universities – for up to two representatives of the institution;

Exposition (February 20 – 21, 2025)

Exposition Corner: Conference Hall “Sredez”.
Nine draft areas of business information for achievements related to nuclear industry from companies-expositors.
The exhibition fee is 3600 € per individual stand, which include table and 2 chairs.
Additional option to provide frame for individual banner and/or posters and their design and print in Bulgaria exist, subject to request to Organizing Committee.
The organizers offer for free 2 stands in the Exposition area to Bulgarian universities to present their achievements in the education and qualification of students and other man power in the area of nuclear energy.
