CBEX, CCIFER, and the Francophone Business Club of Brașov are pleased to invite you to the Business Marathon, taking place from November 18-19, 2024, in Brașov.

Program
A subsidiary of TotalEnergies Group, Hutchinson’s Romanian factory was built in 2007 on a 10,000-square-meter production area. The company specializes in rubber parts manufacturing, mainly for the automotive industry, with applications in precision sealing (gaskets, rings), body sealing (weatherstrips, sliders), and anti-vibration systems (bushings, engine mounts). Hutchinson also partners with local schools, universities, and high schools, offering internships and various programs to cultivate young talent in the automotive industry.

Founded in 1960, the Canam Group employs approximately 3,500 people worldwide, with 10 factories across Canada and the United States and engineering offices in Canada, Romania, India, and the Philippines. Specializing in metal component manufacturing, Canam has a reputation for excellence in building, steel structure, and bridge sectors. They work closely with architects, consulting engineers, general contractors, project developers, and manufacturers to ensure each project’s success.
BWB’s Romanian facility features a state-of-the-art automated anodizing line for aluminum component surface finishing, mainly for the aerospace industry and other sectors. Their services are complemented by additional finishing with liquid paints and coatings.
